PHN Technology is proud to welcome Dr. A. G. Nagarkar, a distinguished defence scientist and retired Joint Director at the Ministry of Defence, to our Advisory Board. With a stellar career spanning 37 years in research and scientific product development, Dr. Nagarkar has played a key role in India’s defence innovation ecosystem—particularly in armament systems, materials science, and advanced product design.He completed his MSc and PhD from the University of Pune, and pursued further specialization in armament technology and defence management from DIAT, Khadakwasala and the Administrative Staff College of India, Hyderabad.
