Centers of Excellence (CoE), Robotics and Advanced Lab setups, workshops,
training programs, certification courses, and skill development initiatives.
By registering for and making payment towards any of our services, you agree
to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refund Policy
- All fees paid to PHN Technology Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable and
non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Once enrolled, cancellation requests will not be entertained,
regardless of absence, personal issues, or changes in schedule.
- Batch or course transfers are strictly not permitted once
confirmation is complete.
2. Cancellation Policy
PHN Technology does not accept cancellations once the registration and
payment process are complete.
Participants are strongly advised to thoroughly review all course
details, schedules, and requirements before submitting payment.
3. Payment Processing
- All payments are securely processed via authorized third-party
payment gateways.
- PHN Technology does not store any sensitive financial or card data on
its servers.
- Refund processing timelines (if applicable) are subject to the
respective third-party provider’s policies and timelines.
4. Exceptional Circumstances (Refund Exceptions)
Refunds or cancellations will only be considered under the following
exceptional scenarios, subject to verification and at the sole
discretion of PHN Technology:
- Duplicate payment made for the same service.
- Verified technical error during payment processing causing an
erroneous charge.
- Cancellation of a service by PHN Technology where no reasonable
alternative or rescheduling is provided.
How to Request a Refund in Exceptional Circumstances:
- Submit your written request to info@phntechnology.com within 48 hours of the transaction.
- Include:
- Full name and contact details
- Transaction ID or payment receipt number
- Clear description of the refund request and supporting details
Review Period: All refund requests will be reviewed within
5–10 business days of receipt. You will be notified of the decision via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Refund
processing time depends on third-party payment gateway policies and may vary.
5. Rights and Responsibilities
- PHN Technology reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or reschedule
any training, workshop, or service due to unavoidable circumstances
including but not limited to trainer unavailability or insufficient
participation.
- In such cases, affected participants will be accommodated in a future
batch at no extra cost.
- No refunds will be made unless no suitable alternative batch or
option is available.
- PHN Technology reserves all rights related to course structure,
delivery format, faculty allocation, and certification issuance.
6. Interpretation and Definitions
Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined below and
apply whether in singular or plural form.
- Company: PHN Technology Pvt. Ltd.
- Service: All offerings, including but not limited to
training programs, certification courses, workshops, and skill development
initiatives provided by the Company.

- You: The individual or entity using our services or accessing
the Website.
- Order: A formal purchase request made by You to acquire
a Service from Us.
7. Policy Amendments
PHN Technology reserves the right to update or modify this policy at
any time without prior notice.
